Is customer information public?

No. Public verification never displays a customer’s full name, email, address, or payment information. It may show the optional public alias; without one, it displays “Anonymous.”

Can a report be verified?

Yes. The printed report number and random K9 verification key confirm the report status and provide controlled access to its redacted PDF.

Does testing establish sterility?

No. HPLC, LC/MSD and content analysis do not establish sterility, endotoxin level, biological activity or suitability for human use.

What happens to the submitted vial?

Sample-retention and disposal terms will be stated during submission before an order is accepted.

Can I discuss my results?

Yes. ZAVCO is designed around direct access to a person who can explain what the data supports and what remains uncertain.
