Unapproved arrivals: If an unapproved or suspected controlled-substance sample arrives, the submission will be marked “Not accepted—outside testing scope.” We will not analyze it or issue a peptide report. Suspected controlled material will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including disposal where authorized; do not send an unapproved sample expecting identification or return.

We use information to receive samples, perform testing, communicate results, and operate the service. Necessary providers for payment, hosting, email, or shipping may process the information needed for those functions. A public report may show the alias you choose, so use one you are comfortable making public.

Use one coordinator and list each vial separately, including its public alias, source and lot. Every vial receives its own sample ID and analysis. Pricing is confirmed before acceptance; $149 per vial is the standard rate.
